Description

We will be updating all accounts in all US & Canada -data centers to system version 20 update 7 on Sunday March 22nd from 12AM - 8AM (New York Time). The expected down time is 5-15 minutes per account to allow for services restart. No action is required for all apps and phone system functionality to work once the update is applied to each account. If there is any concerns, we suggest you setup call forwarding at the carrier level for any of your phone numbers until the maintenance is completed on all accounts.

This total impact window is approx 20 minutes somewhere between 5am-7am (Dallas Time). This wont impact anything other that physical devices that register through Dallas and all modern device templates have a redirection in place to a sister data center if the primary is not responding.
