We have received the following posted maintenance by our data center vendor in Los Angeles We would like to announce planned maintenance in our data center in Los Angeles. Maintenance start: Oct 14. 2026, 6:00 AM Los Angeles Time Maintenance end: Oct 14, 2026, 9:00 AM Los Angeles Time The datacenter is conducting a preventative power maintenance. During the maintenance window, power redundancy may be temporarily reduced, and IPMI access may be unavailable for the duration of the work. No service impact is expected. Please note that although the maintenance should not cause any service interruption, work on core components can increase the likelihood of an outage.

We will be updating all accounts in our US data centers to system version 20 update 9. The expected down time is 5-15 minutes per account to allow for services restart. No action is required for all apps and phone system functionality to work once the update is applied to each account. If there is any concerns, we suggest you setup call forwarding at the carrier level for any of your phone numbers until the maintenance is completed on all accounts.
