Description

We will be updating all accounts in all UK & Europe data centers to system version 20 update 7 on Wednesday, February 18 from 10PM - 1AM (Amsterdam Time). The expected down time is 5-15 minutes per account to allow for services restart. No action is required for all apps and phone system functionality to work once the update is applied to each account. If there is any concerns, we suggest you setup call forwarding at the carrier level for any of your phone numbers until the maintenance is completed on all accounts.

Description

On February 19, our data center vendor in Dallas has informed us of physical switch infrastructure maintenance that will affect our Dallas Session Border Controller platform which handles remote device registration. This total impact window is approx 20 minutes somewhere between 5am-7am (Dallas Time). This wont impact anything other that physical devices that register through Dallas and all modern device templates have a redirection in place to a sister data center if the primary is not responding.

In this 4 hour maintenance window, Saturday February 28th 8AM - Noon (New York Time) we will be doing maintenance on sign-in systems and 1Stream integration portal & apps for all customers in US & Canada. During this time, anyone utilizing CRM/PSA/ERP integrations including user facing apps and automation workflows like transcription will intermittently be unable to login and/or use the integration services. Anyone who uses the SSO mechanism for things like web clients will be unable to do so intermittently. We suggest you login before the window so you have an active session ahead of time.
